"I spoke with adam at the office. He was straightforward and concise. I didnt feel like he tried to upsell or talk me into products that i didnt ask about. He gave me a great quote, took the time to explain the policy and had it all done in less than 15 minutes. I apprecitlate good quality, fast, accurate service"

"I am so disappointed in this State Farm agency. I had told a friend how great State Farm is and she went on line and signed up and received a good rate. She paid her money and rightly thought her coverage would start the next day and she cancelled her other auto coverage. She was so surprised when she received a notification from the state that said she had a lapse in coverage. She called State Farm to find out what happened and both Tera and Beth stated "she picked the date" and she explained several times that she didn't pick that date. My friend stated she would pay the difference and they said no, you could have had an accident during that time which she didn't thank God...and Tera and Beth stated they would call her back...which was on a Wednesday. On Monday she realized she had STILL not received a phone call back from either of them and she once again had to follow up with this agents office on Monday and they said they would call her back. For the first time through this entire experience they did call her back this morning (Tera) and they once again said she picked the date...my friend once again explained that she didn't and their response was well, you must have missed it...once again blaming her. I would have expected an apology, maybe some empathy for the situation, some sort of kindness to a new SF customer, see if there is anything they could have done for her....she received NONE of this...what a hugely disappointing experience with this agents office! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the good rate she received."

"Very disappointed in the response from this office. I just signed up with them and there was a lapse of coverage of two days. Instead of trying to get me the two days of coverage the office folks just kept telling me that I did not put the right date in when I told them I didn’t get that option. But they did take my money immediately. Either way I wanted my “new” insurance to assist me but that did not happen. I ended up paying a lapse of coverage fee to the DMV. Very unhappy start of insurance for the next six months."

"If i could leave 0 stars i would. This location was great at first but recently went downhill. They tried to triple my full coverage for no good reason and wouldnt give an explanation just tried to blame corporate. I dont have any accidents or tickets only a few roadside claims. When i called about it the agents are very snobby and even when speaking with a female manager she said "there was no magic wand" she had to help me. They don't update the online portal so im unable to get any help but they make sure they have my money. No one here helps. 0/10 would not recommend. I will sed be canceling my policy here soon."

"!!!!UPDATE!!!! Based on my most recent experience with this particular office, I am choosing to cancel my auto policy with them. It's due to multiple factors, first and foremost my monthly premium actually more than doubled from the original quote I was quoted. Secondly, we could have worked around that, except when somebody says they'll call me back I expect a phone call back. Instead I've had to call them back to get the answers I'm looking for. And my phone calls started a week ago and I'm still in the dark as to why my insurance premium more than doubled. I can speculate why, that's neither here nor there. I redact my previous statement that I would recommend this office or state farm in general. I infact do not recommend state farm or this particular agent office for your insurance needs."
